THE WINNERS:
NH - for her heart wrenching tale of inhaling her father's last breath. i honestly burst out in tears. i admire your strength in carrying on his memory, and in sharing this story. You are brave beyond words.
DS - for the tragic tale of his first true love, a harsh breakup, then complications which made the post-breakup situation more painful than one could imagine. it's going to be hard for you to open up and love again, but i swear to you - it's worth it.
and third place... a TIE!
d(B) - for admitting that opening up and giving is a nervewracking thing that takes you far far out of your comfort zone. you will likely get there someday, but there's no rush. please keep trying. go slowly.
JB - reading your tales of highschool angst actually physically hurt me. i've been there, oh man. i wish i could flip a switch and erase highschool from our memories. it was hell.
